Adam White designed a programme for me that completely transformed my image and confidence. His constant refinement of the programme and attention to detail had me looking in the best shape of my life. I have done a lot of training in my lifetime but nothing comes close to what Adam was able to do for me in just 8 weeks. Training aside, Adam has fantastic knowledge on nutrition and diet in which I took very seriously. Yes I did have a drink from time to time and the cheeky burger but we always adjusted the training and diet to make up for any slip ups. I keep Adam as part of my support network and attend sessions either in person or over video on a weekly basis 3-4 times a week. What ever fitness goal I aspire to he always comes up with a plan that fits. I also recommend him to all my clients.
