Where listings come from
Listings come from Google Business data and from business submissions. Businesses we added from Google Business data are Free Listings. Every business can have a free listing. A paid Featured listing buys visibility only. Add your business explains both.
What a profile shows
Each profile shows the business name, category, address and phone number. Hours and a website are shown when we have them. Some profiles also carry a write-up we prepare from the business's public details. We never present it as the business's own words.
If a listing is wrong
When a business moves, renames or closes, send a correction. A business owner, or a person named in a listing, can also ask us to remove it.
