If I could give this location a negative star I would. It’s concerning that management can be so condescending. I purchased some shoes that more than likely were defective or had sat too long. The shoes broke and they stained my feet extremely bad. I could’ve really had been injured. I called the store Monday of this week and was told that a manager would call back, that’s not a problem. When the manager in question called I told her I’d bring the shoes so she could see them. I was on my phone and the person I was on the phone could hear her aggressive tone and sarcasm.
Raven was very friendly and extremely helpful ! Give her a raise !
